And I also analyzed the piece.  It seems that the creators also used the
Matrox G550 HeadCasting engine -- a ground-breaking technology designed
specifically to accelerate the facial animation of high-definition,
photo-realistic talking heads -- to make their model human's mouth look like
it was flapping identically to the projected digital audio input feed, which
of course was also fabricated...

I analyzed that video frame by frame and it definitely doesn't show 
what the narrator describes.  The victim is shot from the other 
side of the compound (presumably by whomever the soldiers are 
fighting) and the cheering is most likely dubbed in.  The interview with 
the soldier at the end is heavily (and amateurishly) edited and 
has absolutely no context.
