I'll have to rephrase then because I don't want it to sound like I'm
belittleing college degrees, the declaration of having a cert is the same as
making a declaration that you have a degree.  What you go through to get
each is completely different, of course, but the end result is something you
put after your name if you choose to do so.

  there are idiots with PhD's and there are geniuses with PhD's  same with
[pick a cert]... that's is all.
