No offense taken. I just didn't think your examples of bureaucracy in America were well chosen. I could give you some much better ones. :-)
Sorry, I didn't mean to offend. And yes, I am aware of our own efforts (or lack there of) in this area. It just struck me as a pot/kettle sorta situation.
