So what your saying is that if you never reboot no one will find a hole in
your OS?!?....I'm sorry mate but I just don't see how in the hell this is
any help at all?..

Try that on a windows based server like a lot of large companies rely on and
you will soon find its just not an option...

How about, NEVER TURN THE MACHINE ON!....this is on a par with your
reasoning and about as systematic..

Speaking for myself here and the region I work in ,we have a crappy power
grid and long blackouts are common place and I don't know of an UPS system
that would cope aside from a back up generator to remedy the situation ,what
your suggesting nothing but folly.

That's without mention of basic maintenance or heaven forbid...moving a
machine....

No offence intended.
