Wow, I can do that, too.

If not 100% plain text -- quarrantine.  You could also only allow known
safe HTML markup tags (bold, underline, italic, etc.) with no external
links.

Disallow most if not all attachments.

Wow, safe.  Not very useful today, but safe.
