[connect24h:5867] B Flet の意図せぬ disconnect

２年ほど、B Flet を No Troubles で使ってきたのですが
ここ数日、深夜に意図せぬ disconnect に見舞われています。
そのときの log を下の方に載せておきました。

Set Top Box 周辺の最近の変更としては、
１ケーブル 1 Session から 2 Sessions に増やして
OMU からの LAN Cable を
10 baseT の Shared HUB を介して
２台の PPPOE Router を接続しています。
( Roaming penguin )
Router は最近、Linux 2.4.19 のものに変更しました。

私が疑ったのは、
１　粗悪な Shared HUB
２　Router ( Linux Box ) の APM or ACPI 関係の制御不良
３　NTP Client の Local Time の設定にからむこと
の３つぐらいです。取敢えず、HUB を 10/100baseT のものに
変更して、昨夜は事なきを得ました（ここ４日では初めて）。

log を見ますと、PPPOE Router あるいは OMU は
外部から何らかの信号を受信して、それに基づいて
切断を実行しているように見えます。
その信号がどういう代物なのか、どなたかお分かりでしょうか。
もちろん、NTT 関係とは連絡をし、提供される情報は全て
入手しています（というか、こちらがもっている log 以上の情報は
NTT からは何も出てきません）。その程度のサービスです。

２つの Session が同時に落ちていることを考えると
OMU の電源トラブルかな、と思うのですが、、、取敢えず
以下の log の "LCP" や "PADT from peer" というのは何でしょうか？
