The `dcopidlng' script in the KDE library package (kdelibs-3.3.2/dcop/dcopidlng/dcopidlng) creates temporary files in a unsecure manner. This bug has been fixed in 32 minutes (!) by Stephan Kulow, the KDE team leader.
